Founder
Toby is an award-winning recruiter with deep expertise in bleeding edge innovation technologies. With over 17 years’ experience he has gained exposure over a vast spectrum of application areas while managing teams of up to 50 expert recruiters. Starting his career supporting consumer electronics and semicon multinationals including Nvidia, Broadcom and Samsung, he moved into defense communication technologies for L3 Harris and Genral Dynamics and later supported aerospace giants including Collins and Airbus. In recent years he has been assisting upcoming robotics, EVTOL, AI and energy tech firms create high impact leadership and engineering teams. He is known for being personable, delivery focused and offering pragmatic advise to assist companies achieve their growth targets.
Having always been passionate about new innovative and disruptive technology, Toby and the D24 team now choose to partner with entrepreneurial businesses, supporting founders and their investors to help make their growth journey a success by providing access to world class talent. In recognition of his contribution in this space, in 2025 Toby was invited to judge the Rice Business Plan competition in Houston, Texas, where he provided feedback to teams from leading US universities on the viability of their new technology and plans to bring it to market. Previous entrants have raised over €6.1B in funding from venture capital resulting in numerous IPOs.
When not recruiting he is a keen cyclist and functional fitness enthusiast and enjoys adventuring to off-grid travel destinations.
